Easicover is an online insurance agent/shopfront for Australian small businesses. You can get quotes and buy cover online. Easicover is not the underwriter—partner insurers underwrite the policies.

1. Go to easicover.au (links through to the quote site) or open app.easicover.au directly.
2. Enter business details (ABN, industry/occupation, address, contact).
3. Choose eligible products and configure each one.
4. Review disclosures and your quote.
5. Pay and bind online.

We cover occupations across various industries, including trades, professionals, allied health, fitness and beauty, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, sole traders and more. If you work in Australia, chances are we've got you covered.

Comparison sites show you multiple quotes and leave you to figure out which one fits. We go further. Our AI understands your occupation's specific risks and educates you about what cover you actually need. This way, you only pay for what you need.

Most quotes are completed in just minutes. Just enter your occupation and basic business details, and our AI-powered platform will provide tailored insurance options for your industry. No lengthy forms, no waiting around.

We're launching with three essential products: professional indemnity, business insurance packages, and cyber liability. These cover advice errors, property and equipment damage, and data breaches, the most common risks for consultants, sole traders, and service-based businesses. We're continually expanding our product offerings over time, including public and products liability, management liability, personal accident and illness, allied health combined liability, IT liability, and more. Workers Compensation is regulated by state governments, so we don’t provide it directly. You’ll need to go through your state’s scheme — external links are included in the Workers Compensation product card in our offering section. We may offer cover in ACT, WA, and NT in the future.

Availability depends on your occupation. Lines can include Business Package, Cyber, Public Liability for Sparkies, Public Liability for Cleaners, OneMotor, Personal Accident & Sickness, Tax Audit, and Vacant Land. The quote flow shows what you are eligible for—do not assume a product is available until it appears for your business.

After login, the dashboard lists quotes (resume, discard, copy expired) and policies (documents, endorsements, cancellations where available). Start a new quote from the dashboard when you need fresh cover.

On the quote result page you can pay by card. Premium funding (instalments) may also be offered depending on the product and quote.

Simply log into your account, select the policy you need to claim on, and click "Make a Claim". You'll be guided through the process step-by-step. Log in here. If you need help or have questions about your claim, contact us at hello@easicover.au

There is no claims form on the website. Use the underwriter claim contacts on your policy documents and the emails you received after purchase.

Create an account or log in on app.easicover.au. In Settings you can manage MFA and passkeys. Logged-in customers can reuse saved business details for later quotes.
